2. Service Description

Project Felix provides AI-powered landing page and funnel creation services. Our services include:

• Custom landing page design and development
• Conversion-optimized funnel creation
• AI-powered content optimization
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Ongoing support and maintenance

3. Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial for new customers. During this period, you have full access to our Professional plan features. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service activation. We accept major credit cards and process payments through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final deliverables. Project Felix retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies for marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Project Felix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, access to our services will be discontinued, and any outstanding payments become due immediately.
